This beautiful little server for sauces and gravy is from the Købenstyle line by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk.  It has the early 4 Ducks mark (see photo) with yellow exterior and white interior. 
These were made in two sizes:  a 5" diameter one and this 4 1/4"
