WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At this point in time, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds, due to to the vintage nature of our items. Please make sure that prior to purchasing your item you have thoroughly read the description and viewed the photographs to make sure that you are 100% happy with it. If in doubt please contact us for further information and more photos.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Thanks for your interest in our beautiful Vintage goodies. We are delighted to accept all forms of payment through PAYPAL. There are no additional tax payments however international buyers will need to take into account the possibility of import duties being added at the point of entry which they will be responsible for.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Our goods are posted out two to three times a week and are generally sent via Royal Mail standard class. Combined postage is always possible and if over payments are made we are happy to refund. If you require special delivery or insured, tracked parcels please ask for a postage quote at the time of purchase. We use the best packaging materials available. We are well known for our successful international shipping. We know the disappointment of receiving an inappropriately wrapped parcel and work tirelessly to avoid any mishap however, should any breakages in transit occur please contact us immediately. Please note that we are required by law to add customs details, fill out forms on your behalf. There is a small fee of £2 per international parcel for handling charges which takes this into account. Goods will be sent out to your Paypal address unless otherwise instructed. Please note that for international buyers, possible custom charges and delays might occur so this needs to be considered. Please also note, we do not offer refunds on lost or damaged international parcels. We post on your behalf and we will do everything in our power to ensure it’s safe arrival but the risk must be yours. By purchasing the item it is understood that you agree to our terms and conditions.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQ'S
As we mainly deal in original antique and vintage items, it is worth noting that your object has been pre-loved and will have the signs of use and wear and tear. Wherever possible we will always list the condition of the item but it should be noted that these are not new. We feel this adds to and in fact creates the beauty of the object and is indeed the essence of the 'faded glory' vintage feel of our business.
